We are happy to provide UK customers with Next Day Tracked & Signed For Delivery by DHL Express.

We offer EU customers tracked priority shipping from the UK within 4-8 days.
 

 

 PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Note that processing times are not included in Shipping times. It is the time we need to verify your order, tailor it, provide last minute quality checks and pack. 

All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within an hour of your order placement. Please allow an additional 24 hours for your orders to be processed before they are shipped by the fastest and most affordable shipping methods, from the closest warehouse to your shipping address.

 

ORDER TRACKING


When your order is dispatched, you will have received a tracking number along with the confirmation of your delivery. Simply copy the 'tracking number' into the 
Track My Order page for a delivery update. For more information on tracking your order, please contact us at support@ridewithelka.co.uk.


UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If in the instance that a package is not delivered and returned to us, note that we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment from the customer. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Store-credit will be sent (excluding shipping costs amounting up to £30.00 GBP) to the customer’s account.

 

CUSTOMS FEES


We do not take responsibility for any import fees such as VAT, fees must be paid by yourself. If you are unsure if your order is applicable for import fees, please check your local government’s website and note that orders will be dispatched from 
United Kingdom.


SHIPPING PREFERENCES

Your shipping address can be modified on your checkout page. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, you can send us an email. We ask that you contact us at support@ridewithelka.co.uk to request for any modification; Please note, however, that once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
